UGA BALLET ENSEMBLE The UGA Ballet Ensemble is a professionally oriented performance company based on the traditional classical ballet idiom. As a pre-professional company it strives to maintain high levels of artistic standards in both performance and choreography. Ballet Ensemble performance opportunities include the Concert Dance Company Series, an annual spring production each season complete with nationally known guest choreographers and dancers. The Ensemble, formed in 1993, was honored by the Southeast American College Dance Festival Association by being chosen to perform at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. May of 1996.
